I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and beautiful, perfect for a family of six. The location was convenient, but I was a bit disappointed by the small beach area. Despite that, the friendly service and assistance with a medical issue really stood out during my visit.
The hotel is in a prime area of West Bay, at the city center, walking distance to the corniche and next to the beach access. The rooms, although smelling like tobacco in a non-smoking room, were convenient. The service, while trying hard to please, lacked quality for the high prices charged. The location is amazing for exploring the city, and the dining experience, although lovely, had some overcrowding and missing silverware. The facilities are satisfactory but need renovation for a better experience.
